S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet

The SMART goals worksheet

The S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet will guide you through the process of creating the goals you need to guide your marketing efforts for your business.

The S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet — Specific, Measurable, Agreed-Upon, Reasonable, Time-Based

For a goal to be S.M.A.R.T., it needs to meet the five criteria listed above. Although this may seem straightforward once you read it (and it is), the goals by themselves generally mean very little.

It’s often the case that businesses set goals for themselves that are S.M.A.R.T., but they have no actual plan to help move the business toward those goals.

They set the goals, they feel accomplished, and then, they continue doing EXACTLY what they were doing up to that point. And nothing changes.

Whether they reach their goals or not has almost nothing to do with the goals themselves — in fact, it’s not even clear that setting S.M.A.R.T. goals was of value in the first place because there was no plan behind it.

If you want to create a plan on your own, you’re going to need to buy the Analyze Your Marketing ebook — click the button to learn more (but don’t forget to scroll down and get your S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet.

The S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet — This Is Just the Beginning

Bear with me on this one — you have three frogs on a log in front of a pond.

All three frogs set a goal of jumping into the water.

At this point, how many frogs are in the water?

If you guess “zero,” you guessed correct.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

If you said “all three,” then you’re wrong.

All the frogs did was set a goal.

Until they take action, that goal literally means nothing—they’ll sit on that log indefinitely.

So, once you get this worksheet, make sure that it’s not where you stop—this is just the beginning.

If you want to use the goals you set here to actually do something for your business, you’re going to need a guide, something to take you through the troubled waters of modern digital marketing.

The Analyze Your Marketing ebook will do just that — click the button to learn more.

In the meantime, little frog, get your S.M.A.R.T. Goals Worksheet and get to work!

Happy goal setting.

Business Branding

Your brand isn't just a pretty color palette or great typography.

Your brand is the story you want the world to know, the story about who you are, what you stand for, and who you serve.

First, we start with your business marketing analysis, breaking down your brand and your marketing to discover where the best opportunities to tell your story lie.

Then, we'll help you develop that story and present it to the world in the an impactful way.

Responsive websites display beautifully on any device, like on the desktop computer screen, tablet, and smartphone pictured here.

Website Design & Development

Everyone knows they need a website, but you want a site that's more than flashy features and pretty graphics.

Our unique approach to website creation focuses on taking a step back, analyzing your marketing, and delivering a website that speaks to your ideal audience, all while helping you achieve your business goals.

We then build a website geared to support your goals and grow your business (while still looking really great, if we do say so ourselves).

Email Marketing, Blog Writing, & Content Creation

You've probably heard the phrase "Content is King." What you have on your website, in your brochure, on your social media accounts — that’s what people are interested in.

They don’t care (as much) about a beautiful design — they care about what you have to say.

So many of us spend hours and hours every day consuming content online. Reading articles, watching videos, checking emails — content dominates our daily life.

The downside? Writing isn't the easiest task for most people, and it's downright time consuming.

We take that burden off your shoulders.
