A gallery displays multiple images as thumbnails that enlarge when someone clicks on them. Galleries allow you to have multiple images on your website without take up so much room.
1. Click Add Media.
2. Click Create Gallery on the top left of the window.
3. Click Select Files and find/select the image files located on your computer. To select multiple images, hold the Shift key while selecting.
4. Allow a few seconds for the images to be uploaded. Then, edit the titles the way you want it to appear when visitors click on the image.
5. Click Create a new gallery.
6. Add a caption describing each image, if desired. This will also be displayed when visitors click on the image.
7. Arrange the order of the images the way you want them to appear in the gallery by clicking and dragging them. You can also adjust the number of columns in the gallery by clicking the Columns drop down menu.
8. Click Insert Gallery.
9. Click Publish or Update on the right of the screen. If you’re creating a new post, the blue button will show “Publish”. If you already created a post and are inserting an image later, the button will show “Update”.
10. Click View Page or View Post to view the post/page and gallery you just created.
