Deleting a Post from WordPress

If a published post is no longer necessary, deleting it is easy.

1. Log in to the backend of your site.

2. Click Posts on the left.

3. Find the post that you want to delete.

4. Click the box to the left of the post to select it. If you want to delete multiple posts, select each one by clicking on the box to the left of the title.

5. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown menu. Select the option Move to Trash.

6. Click Apply to the right of the dropdown menu.

7. A bar will appear confirming that you have moved a post to the trash. If you have deleted the wrong post or have changed your mind, click Undo to reverse this action.
