You know what they say: a picture is worth 1,000 words. Having pictures on your website can keep visitors on your website longer and make them venture into other pages. They can also give visitors a visual idea of what your business looks like, products you sell, or work that you’ve done in the past. Before you begin, make sure the image file you want to add is saved somewhere on your computer.
1. Click Add Media right below the title bar of your post.
2. Click Select Files.
3. Find and double-click the image file that you want to insert into your post.
4. Edit the title of the image. This will appear if a visitor clicks on the image on your site.
5. Click Insert into post or Insert into page on the bottom right. This will insert the photo into the post/page you are creating.
6. Click Publish or Update on the right of the screen. If you’re creating a new post, the blue button will show Publish. If you already created a post and are inserting an image later, the button will show Update.
7. Click View Post or View Page to view the post/page.
