Changing Your Facebook Page URL

Having a specific URL for your Facebook page makes it easy for visitors to go directly to your page. Instead of having a long URL, you can shorten it to something like “facebook.com/BlueSteeleSolutions”. It’s also a lot easier to remember a custom Facebook URL instead of the long and complicated one that Facebook initially gives you.

  1. Login to Facebook.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right of your screen.
  3. Select the page you want to edit.
  4. Click the Edit Page button and select Edit Settings from the drop down.
  5. Click the Page Info tab.
  6. Click the Edit link beside Facebook Web Address.
  7. Key your new URL and click the Save button.
